Overview
The time that is set aside for your appointment is extremely important to us! To best serve all our valued clients, our Late Cancellation & Reschedule policy is enforced without exceptions. These policies apply to everyone who books an appointment. You will be required to sign off on these policies before booking any appointments online. No exceptions includes illness, weather, work conflicts, and unexpected personal conflicts.
All appointments must be booked online or by calling the business directly. We do not book appointments via text, social media, or email.
All appointment requests must have a debit or credit card on file at time of booking. Appointment requests submitted without a valid card on file will be denied. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to be held to the following policies:
Late Cancellations & Reschedules
(Late Changes)
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment any time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This can be done online or by calling or emailing the business directly.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason within the 24 hours leading up to your scheduled appointment time, you will be automatically charged a Late Cancellation Fee (Late Change Fee) for 50% of your originally scheduled service charge.
Late Arrivals & Missed Appointments
Being on time for each of our appointments is extremely important to us.
Because most services are only booked for 20 minutes, it is crucial that you arrive on time to your appointment. Please let your esthetician know if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late to your appointment.
If you arrive to your appointment more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time, we will not be able to perform your service, and you will be charged 50% of your originally scheduled service price for the missed appointment.
Weather Note
As Minnesotans, we know that the potential for snow from October to April is always a possibility. Our policies are still enforced during inclement weather, so please plan accordingly. Late Cancellation & Reschedule fees will only be waived in the case of a State Declared Weather Emergency.
